Who We Are
Bridge Point is a community faith-based organization dedicated to helping individuals overcome barriers that stand in the way of stability. We walk alongside clients with dignity, respect, and a commitment to see each person supported holistically, physically, emotionally, and socially. We believe that when people are equipped with the right support at the right time, transformation becomes possible. At Bridge Point, no one has to navigate life’s challenges alone.
What We Do
Bridge Point offers hands-on support through three core service areas: Basic Needs & Stability Support, Housing & Financial Empowerment, and Transportation & Care Coordination.

At Bridge Point Community Services, Inc, we help individuals and families meet their essential daily needs. This includes food assistance, household essentials, utility support, documentation help (IDs & birth certificates), and emergency resource referrals.

At Bridge Point Community Services, Inc, we support clients in securing and maintaining safe, stable living and improving financial well-being. This includes housing navigation, rental resources, employment support, benefit applications (SNAP, Medicaid, SSI), budgeting guidance, and connections to workforce programs.

This includes transportation assistance (gas cards, bus passes, ride support), medical appointments access, referrals to community programs, and on-going case management follow-ups
